Texas SB 140 — AI Voice Call Disclosure and Voice Cloning Prohibition (Enacted Sep 2024)

Texas SB 140 requires disclosure when AI-generated voice content is used in political communications or robocalls, and prohibits the non-consensual cloning of individuals' voices using AI for fraudulent purposes.
