He contacted Kakao Pay’s customer service but was repeatedly transferred between departments without resolution. After nearly an hour on the phone, he was unable to resolve the issue and had to disconnect due to work commitments. Two days later, Kim successfully canceled and deleted the account after a day and a half of effort. He described the experience as "truly a frightening experience."
