Summary

On February 19, Turner was contacted by a scammer impersonating a JPMorgan Chase banker, who claimed someone was attempting to impersonate him at a Chase Bank branch in Arizona. The fraudster instructed Turner to transfer his funds to two business accounts to "protect" them from fraudulent activity. On the same day, Turner transferred $120,000 to Island Vibes Food Truck LLC at a Chase Bank in Eagan and another $120,000 to CNL of FL LLC at a Chase Bank in West St. Paul.
