The scam was exposed after several victims, including Pradeep Solanki and Ramkishore Yadav, filed complaints with the Kotwali and Aravali Vihar police stations in Alwar. Some victims lost money intended for their daughters' weddings or sold property to invest. Police have registered cases and are investigating, but the accused have not yet been interrogated.
