He messaged the first victim on TikTok, then continued the relationship on Instagram and WhatsApp, engaging in obscene acts with her up to 10 times until late 2022. In April 2024, he met the first girl again and touched her private parts on a staircase landing despite her objections, repeating the act the next day. On April 29, 2024, he met her at her school and touched her again on a staircase landing until she escaped to a nearby restaurant. The girl’s mother filed a police report on May 1, 2024, after the girl revealed the abuse. The man was sentenced to one year and six months in jail on October 17 after pleading guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation of a child or young person.
