Summary

Snell, a former employee of the Hope Center’s Mini University childcare/preschool, was sentenced to over 20 years in prison for exploiting two teenage girls for child pornography. Between May and July 2024, he used multiple Reddit accounts and fake identities to groom and coerce the 16- and 17-year-old victims into sending self-harm and explicit content. He was charged in August 2024 and pleaded guilty in September 2025. Snell had previously worked as a girls’ soccer coach in the West Carrollton School District (2018–2019) and received recommendations from multiple school districts, including Centerville City Schools and Winton Woods City Schools. He was fired from the Hope Center shortly after his arrest in 2024 and has been held in the Butler County Jail since August 2024.
