She called the number displayed on her screen and was instructed to withdraw money from her account. The victim gave the cash to several men last week. Chengxiang Jiang of Flushing was arrested and charged with grand larceny and is currently in ICE custody. Jinquin Jiang was also arrested and placed in ICE custody following his arrest in Lindenhurst.
